About the role

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic technical thought leader in the post-sale lifecycle to grow adoption and retain key accounts
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders by aligning measurement and data solutions to business objectives
  • Partner with Sales Engineering to ensure continuity of solution strategy from pre-sale to execution
  • Lead client measurement strategy across internal and third-party solutions to improve ROI
  • Scope and deliver custom reporting solutions for advanced analysis and executive storytelling
  • Use Google BigQuery SQL to investigate data discrepancies and validate data integrity
  • Develop training materials to level up internal Sales and Account teams

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Technical Account Management, Account Management, Project Management, or Ad Operations
  • 2+ years of experience with Ad Tech platforms (DSPs, DMPs, CDP, or clean rooms)
  • Strong understanding of the ad tech ecosystem, including programmatic buying and measurement
  • Proficiency in SQL (Google BigQuery preferred) and cloud-based analytics tools
  • Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
