Technical Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture a designated portfolio of clients as a trusted technical expert
• Review the impact of new features and fixes against specific customer organizational needs
• Assist in configuring Varicent-specific solutions based on unique customer requirements
• Analyze usage data and metrics to identify and implement proactive remedial actions
• Generate and communicate monthly performance and support metric reports
• Support team members by troubleshooting technical hurdles, bugs, and errors
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive product growth and improve change management processes
• Participate in Success Planning Workshops to drive customer success initiatives

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in IT Consulting or Enterprise Software Implementation
• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field or a related business discipline
• Proficiency with Query Based Languages and Relational Databases
• Strong technical data skills, including SQL and advanced data manipulation in Microsoft Excel
• Proven experience gathering and interpreting technical requirements to match product capabilities
• Excellent business communication and time management skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight while adapting to evolving processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience administering, implementing, or supporting Varicent software products
