Technical Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture a designated portfolio of clients as a trusted technical expert
• Review the impact of new features and fixes against customer organizational needs
• Assist in configuring Varicent-specific solutions based on unique customer requirements
• Analyze usage data and metrics to identify and implement remedial actions for proactive maintenance
• Generate and communicate monthly performance and support metric reports
• Support team members by troubleshooting errors, bugs, and technical hurdles
• Participate in Success Planning Workshops to drive customer success initiatives
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to review change management processes

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in IT Consulting or Enterprise Software Implementation
• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field or a related business discipline
• Experience with Query Based Languages and Relational Databases
• Strong technical data skills, including SQL, data manipulation, and Microsoft Excel
• Strong business communication skills and ability to gather/interpret requirements
• Proven ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines with minimal oversight

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience administering, implementing, or supporting Varicent software products
