About the role

Responsibilities

  • Act as the senior technical authority and primary post-sales point of accountability for strategic, enterprise-scale customer accounts
  • Own complex, multi-site, and multi-platform environments, serving as a trusted technical advisor to both technical and executive stakeholders
  • Lead technical reviews focused on system health, risk mitigation, and proactive planning for upgrades and platform changes
  • Manage technical escalations by coordinating resolution across internal Support, Engineering, and Product teams
  • Identify recurring technical patterns and drive cross-functional improvements to enhance product stability and reduce incidents
  • Mentor and develop Level 3–4 Technical Account Managers, establishing best practices for engagement and escalation management
  • Align customer technical roadmaps with IGT platform evolution and drive structured feedback into Product Management

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
  • Significant experience in customer-facing technical roles such as TAM, Systems Engineering, or Sales Engineering
  • Deep understanding of enterprise software, infrastructure, and IT operations
  • Proven experience managing large-scale or highly complex customer environments
  • Strong executive communication, organizational, and leadership skills
