About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the full client lifecycle from requirements gathering to production deployment and ongoing support
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for a portfolio of clients for all non-support matters
- Serve as a support escalation point for complex technical issues
- Perform technical deliveries and validate that solutions meet client expectations
- Bridge the gap between client requirements and technical execution
Requirements
- Ability to understand products deeply enough to deploy and troubleshoot advanced issues
- Strong communication skills to manage client expectations and negotiate with third parties
- Experience managing technical client lifecycles
- Ability to balance client-facing responsibilities with hands-on technical tasks
