Technical Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage post-sale technical relationships for a portfolio of strategic Agency partner accounts
• Lead technical consultations to support engagements and identify opportunities for revenue growth
• Develop project tracking frameworks and portfolio-specific goals aligned with company vision
• Ideate, scope, and program manage engineering work to facilitate scalable custom solutions
• Collaborate with functional leaders to solve business challenges and drive organizational efficiency
• Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a technical client-facing role
• Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Office, and Outlook
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fluid, fast-paced work environment
• Strong project or program management skills with high attention to detail
• Excellent relationship management and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SQL, web technologies, and APIs
• Experience working directly with product and engineering teams
• Knowledge of digital advertising technology
• Experience using formal project management methodologies
