Technical Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Independent technical support and management of 5–10 enterprise customer relationships
• Act as a trusted advisor for platform usage, integration best practices, and architectural decisions
• Translate complex customer requirements into actionable feature requests and co-shape the product roadmap
• Align business requirements with product functions and proactively promote usage
• Coordinate technical escalations with Solution Engineering, Support, and Product teams
• Lead technical QBRs, integration reviews, and workshops to align the roadmap
• Monitor platform health, usage, and KPIs to derive improvement recommendations

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or similar
• More than 5 years of experience in enterprise e-commerce, SaaS platforms, or digital consulting
• Proven experience in technical, customer-facing roles such as TAM, Solution Architect, or Senior Consultant
• Deep understanding of e-commerce architectures including storefronts, APIs, OMS, PIM, CMS, and ERP integrations
• Familiarity with Headless Commerce and MACH principles (Microservices, API-first, Cloud-native)
• Strong ability to read architecture diagrams, API documentation, and work with REST, GraphQL, and Webhooks

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with platform migrations and pre- and post-sales consulting
• Knowledge of SCAYLE, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, commercetools, SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris), or Shopify Plus
