Technical Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage customer selection of Samsung for DRAM-based memory solutions across various applications
• Drive lead supplier position for design-in and qualification through technical program management
• Support Datacenter, PC, and consumer DRAM products including DDR, LPDDR, and HBM
• Collaborate with Samsung HQ in Korea to provide technical solutions and suggestions
• Support self-qualification activities and analyze DRAM SI/PI and timing measurements
• Manage Product Change Notices (PCN) and organize Quarterly Technical Reviews (QTR)
• Resolve first-line technical or operational issues to drive closure
• Maintain critical relationships with key customer decision makers
• Organize technical communication for problem solving and issue duplication

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Electrical, Computer Science, or related Physical Science with 5+ years of experience
• Master's in Electrical, Computer Science, or related Physical Science with 1+ years of industry experience
• PhD in Electrical, Computer Science, or related Physical Science with 0+ years of industry experience
• Familiarity with DRAM memory design, architecture, or system architecture
• Background in Signal Integrity/Power Integrity (SI/PI) and timing measurements
• Understanding of semiconductor manufacturing, fab processes, and advanced package technology
• Familiarity with system level operation including RAS, Memory Controller, and memory PHY
• Prior experience in semiconductor technology or memory field with customer-facing responsibilities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to travel internationally and domestically 1-2 times per year

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as an Application Engineer
• Experience in chipset bring up, debugging, or platform validation
• Fluency in Korean
