Technical Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for Super Enterprise Merchants post Go-live
• Develop in-depth knowledge of Curlec products and provide technical advisory on integrations and optimization
• Monitor merchant transactions, troubleshoot technical issues, and collaborate with Engineering/Product teams for resolution
• Analyze payment trends and implement solutions to improve success rates and performance
• Guide merchants on best practices, compliance updates, and new feature adoption
• Maintain detailed documentation and contribute to process enhancements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience as a technical consultant, software engineer, support engineer, or partner/sales engineer
• Technical understanding of APIs, webhooks, SDKs, payment gateways, and banking/payment flows
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for technical troubleshooting
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience in project management and handling multiple accounts

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or SaaS products
• Exposure to fintech, banking, or payments industry
• Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese)
