About the role

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients, managing product implementations and providing technical guidance.
  • Lead complex client meetings, including onboarding new product features and performing live troubleshooting.
  • Act as a strategic liaison between clients and internal technical teams, including Data Science, Product, and Sales.
  • Partner with Account Management to oversee technical integrations for HCP365 products.
  • Identify growth opportunities and process improvements based on platform usage and client feedback.
  • Perform risk assessments on platform bugs and feature requests to prioritize technical tasks.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a technical, client-facing role (Customer Success, Account Management, or Support) within an AdTech environment.
  • Deep expertise with AdTech and measurement platforms, specifically Google Tag Manager.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data querying and reporting.
  • Practical familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work and fully cover US Eastern business hours (EST/EDT).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, SA360, or Microsoft Ads.
  • Proven experience integrating AI productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) into technical workflows.
  • Experience supporting large enterprise or international clients.
