Technical Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding and configuration efforts for new Mindbody clients to ensure workflows align with business goals
• Provide technical guidance and support for a specific set of client accounts or short-term projects
• Translate complex product capabilities into clear, actionable solutions for clients
• Identify workflow gaps and recommend improvements to drive client efficiency
• Act as a proactive liaison between internal teams and client stakeholders to manage communications and escalations
• Track project progress and contribute to continuous knowledge-sharing within the team

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a client-facing technical support or service role, ideally in a SaaS environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
• Proven ability to manage timelines, milestones, and shifting priorities effectively
• Demonstrated aptitude for learning new technologies quickly
• Ability to navigate complex client scenarios with empathy and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in client-facing technical roles
• Experience with project management or coordination
• Knowledge of basic SQL or APIs
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
