Technical Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical contact for assigned clients
• Oversee onboarding of new brands and payment methods, including configuration, routing setup, and testing
• Troubleshoot escalated issues and provide strategic technical guidance
• Analyze transaction performance and recommend optimization strategies
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Support teams on systemic improvements
• Escalate complex bugs, systemic issues, or feature requests with impact analysis
• Deliver training and demonstrations to clients
• Maintain strong relationships with PSPs, acquiring banks, and technical partners
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to knowledge sharing

Requirements

• Strong understanding of payment processing and PSP integrations
• Experience with APIs, Postman, PSP dashboards, and reporting/analytics tools
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strategic mindset with strong project management ability

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with payment providers, acquiring banks, or gateways
• Familiarity with routing rules and advanced payment flows
• Background in FinTech, iGaming, or SaaS support
