About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical contact for assigned clients
- Oversee onboarding of new brands and payment methods, including configuration, routing setup, and testing
- Troubleshoot escalated issues and provide strategic technical guidance
- Analyze transaction performance and recommend optimization strategies
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Support teams on systemic improvements
- Escalate complex bugs, systemic issues, or feature requests with impact analysis
- Deliver technical training and demonstrations to clients
- Maintain strong relationships with PSPs, acquiring banks, and technical partners
Requirements
- Strong understanding of payment processing and PSP integrations
- Hands-on experience with APIs and Postman
- Proficiency with PSP dashboards and reporting/analytics tools
- Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strategic mindset with strong project management abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with payment providers, acquiring banks, or gateways
- Familiarity with routing rules and advanced payment flows
- Background in FinTech, iGaming, or SaaS support
