About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between Nanoheal, customers, and partners
- Provide technical knowledge and expertise to partner delivery and technical organizations
- Deliver measurable value and solutions to clients to empower end users
- Communicate product and project requirements and status
- Build and maintain post-sales relationships with customers
- Provide training to ensure product adoption
- Support installation, implementation, and enablement of software
- Provide technical support for pre-sales and post-sales processes
- Conduct technical demos, proof of concepts, and pilot engagements
- Configure Nanoheal tools for new partner requirements
- Manage new account onboarding and transformation projects
- Analyze tool usage data to identify areas for improvement
Requirements
- 8 years of Program Management experience
- 2-5 years of Account Management experience
- ITIL Certifications
- Project Management knowledge
- Technical background in end-user environments preferred
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in Orem, Utah and travel up to 50%
