About the role

Responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison between Nanoheal, customers, and partners
  • Provide technical knowledge and expertise to partner delivery and technical organizations
  • Deliver measurable value and solutions to clients to empower end users
  • Communicate product and project requirements and status
  • Build and maintain post-sales relationships with customers
  • Provide training to ensure product adoption
  • Support installation, implementation, and enablement of software
  • Provide technical support for pre-sales and post-sales processes
  • Conduct technical demos, proof of concepts, and pilot engagements
  • Configure Nanoheal tools for new partner requirements
  • Manage new account onboarding and transformation projects
  • Analyze tool usage data to identify areas for improvement

Requirements

  • 8 years of Program Management experience
  • 2-5 years of Account Management experience
  • ITIL Certifications
  • Project Management knowledge
  • Technical background in end-user environments preferred
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in Orem, Utah and travel up to 50%
