About the role
Responsibilities
- Redesign and optimize customer workflows leveraging Miro’s AI capabilities
- Guide customers in adopting AI-driven ways of working, including prompt engineering
- Support customers in integrating Miro with their ecosystem using APIs and integrations
- Monitor platform health, engagement, and usage patterns
- Equip internal champions with strategies to scale adoption across teams
- Partner with Customer Success Managers to deliver Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
- Act as a strategic technical partner to anticipate customer needs
Requirements
- 5+ years in consulting, technical account management, or customer success in enterprise SaaS
- Hands-on experience with AI tools, prompt engineering, or automation workflows
- Strong technical fluency with APIs, integrations, and enterprise IT ecosystems
- Proven ability to lead workflow transformation and change management
- Experience using analytics and data to drive decision-making
- Native-level Japanese and business-level English proficiency
- Experience in the Japanese enterprise market is highly advantageous
