About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the customer's technical owner and expert voice within the relationship
- Quantify customer security maturity using the TAM Score framework
- Build and steer defensible 12-month technical roadmaps
- Provide deep expertise in Microsoft Azure Sentinel and Defender XDR to advise on priorities
- Translate data into narratives by interpreting scores and surfacing high-leverage gaps
- Guide customers toward measurable improvement on a quarterly basis
- Act as a technical buffer between customers and internal operational teams
- Resolve technical queries and advise on service improvements
- Package and manage technical issues for escalation when required
Requirements
- Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure Sentinel
- Expertise in Microsoft Defender XDR
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable narratives
- Experience in technical account management or customer-facing technical advisory roles
