About the role

Responsibilities

  • Act as the customer's technical owner and expert voice within the relationship
  • Quantify customer security maturity using the TAM Score framework
  • Build and steer defensible 12-month technical roadmaps
  • Provide deep expertise in Microsoft Azure Sentinel and Defender XDR to advise on priorities
  • Translate data into narratives by interpreting scores and surfacing high-leverage gaps
  • Guide customers toward measurable improvement on a quarterly basis
  • Act as a technical buffer between customers and internal operational teams
  • Resolve technical queries and advise on service improvements
  • Package and manage technical issues for escalation when required

Requirements

  • Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure Sentinel
  • Expertise in Microsoft Defender XDR
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable narratives
  • Experience in technical account management or customer-facing technical advisory roles
