Technical Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the north star metric of customer health for customers in production
• Identify and unlock expansion opportunities organically by ensuring customers are fully utilizing the product
• Monitor customer usage to ensure Metriport scales with their needs
• Build and implement new Customer Success processes and automated monitoring systems
• Build and maintain cadenced customer touchpoints

Requirements

• 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role (e.g., Solutions Architect, Solutions Engineer)
• Experience in formal or informal Technical Sales roles
• Ability to read API documentation and translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Expert relationship management skills
• Strong problem-solving skills with a data-informed approach
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• Based in San Francisco or willing to relocate

Preferred Qualifications

• Expert-level domain knowledge in Healthcare IT or Healthtech (FHIR, HL7)
• Engineering background with experience in production code or REST APIs/webhooks
• Experience working at an early-stage startup (Series A or earlier)
