About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted technical and payments advisor for strategically important customers
- Manage all technical aspects of the customer relationship throughout the life cycle
- Collaborate cross-functionally to win new business and increase value for existing customers
- Act as a proactive problem-solver to resolve near-term technical issues and long-term vision
- Advocate for the customer by providing feedback to product and engineering teams to shape the roadmap
Requirements
- 5+ years of customer-facing experience in Technical Account Management, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Consulting
- Experience in high-tech or fintech services
- Strong understanding of fintech (acquiring, networks, point-of-sale) and payments, specifically on the issuing side
- Experience or enthusiasm for discussing and working with APIs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work unsupervised
