Technical Account Manager, Inventory

Responsibilities

• Oversee technical integrations with clients, inventory/publisher partners, and data partners.
• Serve as a technical advisor and liaison between partners and internal Engineering teams.
• Provide technical guidance and documentation to guarantee successful partner integrations.
• Manage long-term, multi-month integration projects, including setting timelines and driving processes forward.
• Communicate advanced engineering concepts and data quality recommendations to non-technical stakeholders.
• Identify new opportunities for products to better support partner business needs.

Requirements

• Experience in a technical, client-facing role.
• Proficiency in JSON and REST APIs.
• Experience analyzing data to identify gaps and inconsistencies.
• Experience working with large and complex datasets.
• Strong project management abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of SQL and web technologies/web programming languages.
• Experience working directly with product and engineering teams.
• Experience within the retail or e-commerce industries.
• Familiarity with formal project management methodologies.
