Technical Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic client partnerships and act as the single point of contact for stakeholders
• Orchestrate end-to-end facilities services including M&E maintenance, cleaning, and pest control
• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing facilities team
• Manage contract budgets, cost centres, and financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with banking industry regulations, health and safety, and corporate policies
• Manage CAFM systems, asset registers, and business continuity planning

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience in a similar management position
• Technical qualification in facilities management
• Extensive understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, security, and BMS
• Proven experience managing C-level stakeholders
• Strong financial acumen including budget management and P&L responsibility
• Experience within banking operations and regulatory landscapes
