About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic client partnerships and act as the single point of contact for banking hub stakeholders
- Orchestrate end-to-end facilities services including M&E maintenance, cleaning, and pest control
- Manage contract budgets, cost centres, and financial reporting including P&L responsibility
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing facilities team
- Ensure compliance with banking industry regulations, health and safety requirements, and corporate policies
- Manage CAFM systems, asset registers, and business continuity planning
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar management position
- Technical qualification in facilities management
- Extensive understanding of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, security, and BMS
- Proven experience managing C-level stakeholders
- Strong financial acumen and budget management skills
- Experience within banking operations or highly regulated environments
