About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic client partnerships and act as the single point of contact for banking hub stakeholders
  • Orchestrate end-to-end facilities services including M&E maintenance, cleaning, and pest control
  • Manage contract budgets, cost centres, and financial reporting including P&L responsibility
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing facilities team
  • Ensure compliance with banking industry regulations, health and safety requirements, and corporate policies
  • Manage CAFM systems, asset registers, and business continuity planning

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar management position
  • Technical qualification in facilities management
  • Extensive understanding of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, security, and BMS
  • Proven experience managing C-level stakeholders
  • Strong financial acumen and budget management skills
  • Experience within banking operations or highly regulated environments
