About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting support, and data delivery validation for enterprise customers.
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers to offer technical consultation throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Investigate and resolve customer data delivery, integration, and technical support issues.
  • Validate customer data extracts and outputs to ensure quality and accuracy prior to delivery.
  • Coordinate with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to communicate customer feedback and enhancement opportunities.
  • Assist customers in understanding APIs, delivery methods, and technical documentation.
  • Analyze data quality concerns and work with internal stakeholders to identify root causes.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience working with healthcare data (claims, EHR, clinical, provider, or payer datasets).
  • Proven experience in a Technical Account Manager, Technical Support, or Data Operations role.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare data workflows and processing methodologies.
  • Familiarity with APIs and structured data formats such as JSON, CSV, or XML.
  • Working knowledge of SQL for investigating data-related issues.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for explaining technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting enterprise customers in a SaaS or healthcare technology environment.
  • Exposure to cloud-based technologies and enterprise data environments.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Postman, Snowflake, AWS, Tableau, Power BI, or Python.
