About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting, and data delivery validation for enterprise customers utilizing healthcare data licensing solutions.
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers to offer technical consultation and support throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Investigate and resolve customer data integration, delivery, and technical support issues.
  • Validate customer data extracts and outputs to ensure quality and accuracy prior to delivery.
  • Coordinate with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to communicate customer feedback and drive resolution for escalated issues.
  • Assist customers in understanding APIs, delivery methods, and technical documentation.
  • Analyze data quality concerns and identify root causes to implement corrective actions.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience working with healthcare data (claims, EHR, clinical, provider, or payer datasets).
  • Proven experience in a Technical Account Manager, Technical Support, Data Operations, or similar customer-facing technical role.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare data workflows, processing methodologies, and privacy/compliance standards.
  • Proficiency with SQL and experience investigating data-related issues.
  • Familiarity with APIs and structured data formats such as JSON, CSV, and XML.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting enterprise customers in a SaaS or healthcare technology environment.
  • Exposure to cloud-based technologies and enterprise data environments.
  • Experience with tools such as Postman, Snowflake, AWS, Tableau, Power BI, or Python.
