Technical Account Manager III

Responsibilities

• Serve as a post-sales technical liaison for assigned customer accounts to ensure alignment between customer needs and internal execution
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customer technical contacts
• Support incident coordination, escalation management, and issue resolution tracking
• Participate in customer reviews and meetings to identify and escalate potential risks
• Develop deep knowledge of IGT product platforms and specific customer environments
• Assist in preparing customers for technical changes and system updates

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
• Significant experience in customer-facing technical roles such as TAM, SE, or Systems Engineering
• Deep understanding of enterprise software, infrastructure, and IT operations
• Experience managing large-scale or complex customer environments
• Strong executive communication, organizational, and leadership skills
