About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and reference-ability for all assigned accounts
- Build and maintain deep-level partnerships with customers to foster long-term cooperation
- Act as the primary point of escalation and work with support teams to deliver outstanding service
- Collaborate with Sales, Tech Support, R&D, Finance, and Product teams to ensure excellent customer experience
- Proactively gather product feedback to act as the voice of the customer internally
- Educate and enable customers through enablement sessions and created materials
- Lead regular Executive Business Reviews with key customers and stakeholders
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in a B2B enterprise customer-facing role
- Proven track record of managing large enterprise accounts
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and resolve complex issues with attention to detail
- Bachelor’s or Graduate’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Systems, or a related field preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B SaaS
- Proficiency with SQL, JavaScript, and Kibana
- Experience with cloud and software systems
- Bilingual in English and French
