About the role

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic technical advisor to Figma's largest enterprise customers, helping them adopt, integrate, and scale the platform.
  • Lead structured technical engagements to assess customer environments, identify risks, and provide prescriptive implementation guidance.
  • Guide customers through enterprise API usage, identity systems, and complex system integrations.
  • Partner with developer teams to improve design-to-code workflows and drive adoption of emerging platform capabilities.
  • Deliver technical workshops and training sessions to help customers utilize sophisticated platform features.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, customer experience, and product teams to ensure cohesive technical guidance.
  • Surface technical insights to support account renewals, expansion, and long-term growth.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in technical account management, solutions engineering, or a related technical advisory role within a SaaS organization.
  • Solid understanding of enterprise systems, APIs, integrations, development frameworks, and identity management.
  • Experience advising on or implementing AI-powered solutions within enterprise environments.
  • Professional fluency in both English and Japanese.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Figma or other design and developer collaboration tools.
  • Understanding of how to author structured AI guidelines or instruction files for AI agents or MCP servers.
  • Background in frontend development or familiarity with design-to-code workflows.
  • Proven experience delivering technical workshops or enablement sessions.
