About the role

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic technical advisor to Figma's largest enterprise customers in Latin America, helping them adopt and scale the platform.
  • Lead structured technical engagements to assess customer environments, identify risks, and provide prescriptive implementation guidance.
  • Guide customers through enterprise API usage, system integrations, and identity management frameworks.
  • Partner with developer teams to improve design-to-code workflows and drive adoption of emerging platform capabilities.
  • Deliver technical workshops and training sessions to help customers utilize sophisticated platform features.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, customer experience, and product teams to support renewals and account growth.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for technical stakeholders and executive sponsors.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in technical account management, solutions engineering, or enterprise customer success within a SaaS organization.
  • Solid understanding of enterprise systems, APIs, integrations, and development frameworks.
  • Experience with identity management frameworks.
  • Experience advising on or implementing AI-powered solutions within enterprise environments.
  • Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English (written and spoken).
  • Strong consultative mentality with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Figma or other design and developer collaboration tools.
  • Understanding of how to author structured AI guideline or instruction files for AI agents or MCP servers.
  • Background in frontend development or familiarity with design-to-code workflows.
  • Proven experience delivering technical workshops or advisory services.
