About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead customer conversations as a technical expert to guide onboarding and implementation
  • Manage customer projects to ensure successful delivery of integrations and technical initiatives
  • Lead regular technical committees with clients to track progress and identify risks
  • Respond to technical questions and resolve issues, keeping stakeholders informed
  • Proactively monitor customer health from a technical perspective
  • Participate in a scheduled on-call rotation for critical incidents and escalations

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in B2B/SaaS or Cybersecurity products
  • Proven experience with Apache, AWS, CDNs (Akamai, CloudFlare, Fastly), lambda@edge, Nginx, and WAFs
  • Deep understanding of the HTTP protocol
  • Technical understanding of website hosting, architecture, mobile applications, and OSI Layers
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Kibana or Elasticsearch
  • Familiarity with agentic or AI-assisted configuration tools and workflows
