About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead customer conversations as a technical expert to guide onboarding and implementation
- Manage customer projects to ensure successful delivery of integrations and technical initiatives
- Lead regular technical committees with clients to track progress and identify risks
- Respond to technical questions and resolve issues, keeping stakeholders informed
- Proactively monitor customer health from a technical perspective
- Participate in a scheduled on-call rotation for critical incidents and escalations
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in B2B/SaaS or Cybersecurity products
- Proven experience with Apache, AWS, CDNs (Akamai, CloudFlare, Fastly), lambda@edge, Nginx, and WAFs
- Deep understanding of the HTTP protocol
- Technical understanding of website hosting, architecture, mobile applications, and OSI Layers
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Kibana or Elasticsearch
- Familiarity with agentic or AI-assisted configuration tools and workflows
