Technical Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Serve as the dedicated technical point of contact for a portfolio of enterprise accounts
• Conduct regular technical health reviews assessing integration health, API usage, and configuration gaps
• Lead technical customer workshops and escalation discussions
• Proactively identify technical risks and build remediation plans
• Guide customers through complex platform configurations and integration architecture
• Translate customer business goals into technical requirements and platform configurations
• Act as an internal technical advocate by escalating product gaps and bugs to Engineering and Product teams
• Maintain accurate documentation of account configurations and integration architecture in Notion and Zendesk

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in a Technical Account Manager, Solutions Engineer, or Senior Support Engineer role within SaaS
• Experience managing technical relationships with enterprise-tier accounts
• Proficiency working with APIs, integrations, and data pipeline concepts
• Strong project management skills and ability to track open items
• Excellent technical writing and documentation skills
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with influencer marketing, the creator economy, or social media data platforms
• Interest in AI and automation tools
