About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the ongoing technical relationship through the entire lifecycle of customers in your portfolio
- Act as a trusted technical advisor defining technology strategy for premium service customers
- Drive value, retention, and adoption of Braze's product through the customer lifecycle
- Partner with Customer Success teams to drive technical adoption and maturity
- Help customers instrument Braze across their stack and refine instrumentation
- Facilitate discovery conversations and recommend solutions based on unique architectures
- Empower customer product and engineering teams through enablement and education
- Adopt governance practices including solution documentation and architectural diagrams
- Translate customer requirements to the Braze Product team
Requirements
- 3-5 years client-facing experience as a TAM, Implementation, Technical Support, or Solutions Architect
- Experience serving Enterprise or Strategic accounts
- 3+ years of technical experience in complex customer environments
- Technical knowledge in at least two of: SaaS, Mobile, API, or Programming
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to translate complex technical ideas for non-technical stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills and intellectual curiosity
