About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own the ongoing technical relationship through the entire lifecycle of customers in your portfolio
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor defining technology strategy for premium service customers
  • Drive value, retention, and adoption of Braze's product through the customer lifecycle
  • Partner with Customer Success teams to drive technical adoption and maturity
  • Help customers instrument Braze across their stack and refine instrumentation
  • Facilitate discovery conversations and recommend solutions based on unique architectures
  • Empower customer product and engineering teams through enablement and education
  • Adopt governance practices including solution documentation and architectural diagrams
  • Translate customer requirements to the Braze Product team

Requirements

  • 3-5 years client-facing experience as a TAM, Implementation, Technical Support, or Solutions Architect
  • Experience serving Enterprise or Strategic accounts
  • 3+ years of technical experience in complex customer environments
  • Technical knowledge in at least two of: SaaS, Mobile, API, or Programming
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to translate complex technical ideas for non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving skills and intellectual curiosity
