About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own the ongoing technical relationship for a portfolio of Enterprise and Strategic customers, acting as a trusted advisor to drive product adoption and value.
  • Partner with Customer Success teams to define technology strategies and help customers unlock the full potential of the Braze platform.
  • Facilitate technical discovery sessions to understand customer use cases and recommend solutions based on their unique architecture.
  • Help customers successfully instrument Braze across their tech stack and refine instrumentation as their needs mature.
  • Empower customer product and engineering teams through enablement, education, and technical documentation.
  • Drive technical initiatives and project management, including creating architectural diagrams and solution documentation.
  • Translate unique customer requirements to the Braze Product team to ensure engineering excellence and product alignment.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of client-facing experience as a Technical Account Manager (TAM) or in a related role such as Implementation, Technical Support, or Solutions Architecture.
  • 3+ years of technical experience managing complex customer environments, with proficiency in at least two of the following: SaaS, Mobile, API, or Programming.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with Enterprise-level organizational structures and architectures.

  • Bilingual skills that facilitate communication with a global customer base.
