About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own the ongoing technical relationship for a portfolio of Enterprise and Strategic customers, acting as a trusted technical advisor.
  • Drive product adoption, retention, and value by helping customers successfully instrument Braze across their technology stack.
  • Facilitate technical discovery sessions to recommend solutions based on unique customer architectures and use cases.
  • Partner with Customer Success teams to manage technical workstreams, create solution documentation, and build architectural diagrams.
  • Empower customer engineering teams through enablement and education to ensure efficient product usage.
  • Translate customer requirements and technical feedback to the internal Braze Product team to drive platform improvements.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of client-facing experience as a Technical Account Manager, Implementation Engineer, Solutions Architect, or in a related technical role serving Enterprise accounts.
  • 3+ years of technical experience in SaaS, Mobile, API, or Programming.
  • Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual skills that facilitate communication with a global customer base.
  • Experience managing complex customer environments with high scale and architectural complexity.
