Responsibilities

  • Drive customer outcomes by owning the post-sales journey end-to-end and ensuring quantifiable ROI
  • Partner with forward deployed engineers to troubleshoot issues and accelerate resolutions
  • Provide proactive technical guidance on best practices, new features, and optimization strategies
  • Identify customer growth and expansion opportunities by uncovering new use cases
  • Communicate complex AI behavior clearly to both technical practitioners and executive stakeholders
  • Operate with high ownership and velocity in a fast-moving startup environment

Requirements

  • Technical foundation in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience
  • 5+ years in technical customer-facing roles such as TAM, Solutions Architect, or Customer Engineer
  • Fluency with APIs and integrations, including REST, JSON, logs, and SQL
  • Experience in escalation and incident management for complex issues
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts
  • High EQ and experience guiding customers through MBRs/QBRs
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and Engineering

Preferred Qualifications

  • Startup or early-stage TAM experience
  • Experience with AI/ML, conversational AI, or telephony systems
  • Familiarity with debugging distributed systems
  • Background in voice workflows, call flows, or contact center technology
  • Experience building TAM playbooks or onboarding frameworks
