Technical Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead AMR/unmanned forklift deployment projects from sales handover to stabilization
• Conduct site surveys and analyze operating environments to propose logistics automation solutions
• Design layouts, system configurations, and operating scenarios
• Manage project quality, schedules, and risks including installation, commissioning, FAT/SAT
• Analyze customer requirements to establish project scope, milestones, and resource management
• Foster long-term customer partnerships and identify cross-selling opportunities
• Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Product, and Service teams to reflect field data in product improvements

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in B2B technical sales, Technical Account Management, or Factory Automation
• Experience with industrial automation projects such as AMR, AGV, Robots, Conveyors, or Factory Automation
• Proven ability to lead projects and analyze customer requirements
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with customers, SIs, developers, and field teams
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally
• Expertise in at least one: Factory Automation, AMR/AGV, Smart Factory, Logistics Automation, Manufacturing Automation, or Robotics Solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with PLC, WMS, MES, MCS, or WCS integration projects
• Experience operating Robot Fleet Management systems
• Proficiency in English for collaborating with international customers and engineers
• PMP certification or formal project management experience
• Experience with manufacturing or logistics field projects
