Technical Account Manager

We have supplied approximately 20,000 AI-based service robots to over 20 countries and are expanding our footprint in the AMR (Autonomous Mobile Robot) market.

Responsibilities

• Expand existing partner relationships and identify new partnership opportunities
• Plan partnerships by analyzing business opportunities, benefits, and risks
• Derive business development strategies based on deep product and service understanding
• Support management decision-making regarding the continuity of partnerships
• Manage robot platform mechanical design, including motor and sensor selection
• Oversee prototype production, functional testing, and mass production response
• Manage BOM and component manufacturing vendors

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in B2B technical sales
• Experience in new business development and execution
• Strong communication and project management skills
• Ability to conduct effective technical demos and presentations
• Experience in establishing pricing policies (labor, maintenance, etc.)
• Experience in robot platform mechanical design (actuators, motors, reducers, sensors)
• Ability to handle prototype production and mass production response
• Experience with BOM creation and vendor management

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in English communication
• Experience in manufacturing, robotics, or unmanned forklifts
• Experience with 2D/3D modeling and CAE tools for structural analysis
• Degree in Robotics or Mechatronics Engineering
