Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact and trusted advisor post-implementation
- Design and validate integrations involving APIs, webhooks, and data flows
- Configure and iterate on prompting and workflows to drive call handling quality and conversion rates
- Conduct regular technical and business reviews to align objectives and measure KPIs
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to resolve technical challenges and influence roadmap priorities
- Manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously, balancing tactical execution with strategic guidance
Requirements
- 2-5 years in technical account management, solutions architecture, or technical customer success
- Technical education or fluency with APIs, webhooks, and integration patterns
- Experience configuring prompting, workflow logic, or system integrations in AI or SaaS contexts
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills for technical and executive audiences
- Analytical mindset capable of tying technical KPIs to business outcomes
- Ability to work full-time in-office at the NYC location
