Technical Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain working relationships with customers as a technical advisor
• Provide priority handling and escalation of critical issues and monitor service level compliance
• Offer technical assistance and recommendations for enterprise customers based on data analytics
• Partner with customer IT and design groups to ensure successful installation, licensing, and performance of Autodesk applications
• Deliver proactive customer engagement through regular support case reviews and software performance assessments
• Manage the delivery of coaching sessions to increase product adoption
• Lead key event management, such as major software upgrades

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Architectural, Civil, or Construction Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience supporting Autodesk AECO products (specifically Autodesk Revit) and cloud services (specifically Autodesk Construction Cloud)
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills within an enterprise environment
• Expert knowledge of workflows and data exchange
• Fluency in both English and German
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and set priorities effectively

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical consulting or technical project delivery experience with large, demanding clients
• Ability to present technical information to live or virtual audiences
• Experience with Autodesk Navisworks and/or Autodesk AutoCAD
• Proficiency in additional European languages
