Technical Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to AWS Enterprise Support customers in the Energy and Utilities vertical
• Develop trusting relationships with customers to understand their business needs and drivers
• Utilize technical skills to solve difficult support issues and troubleshoot distributed systems
• Review service disruptions and provide monthly or quarterly metrics to stakeholders
• Advocate for customer needs to overcome adoption blockers and drive new feature development
• Improve customer capabilities by running workshops, operations, and architecture reviews
• Ensure AWS environments remain operationally healthy while reducing costs and driving efficiencies
• Collaborate across multiple functions including Solutions Architects, Sales, and Professional Services

Requirements

• Experience in technical engineering
• Professional fluency in both Portuguese and English
• Experience with troubleshooting operational parameters in at least three of the following: compute, storage, networking, CDN, databases, DevOps, big data/analytics, security, or application development
• Experience working within a distributed systems environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AWS services or other cloud offerings
• Experience in an internal enterprise or external customer-facing environment as a technical lead
