About the role

Responsibilities

  • Act as the technical owner of assigned accounts, working closely with Key Account Managers to ensure successful delivery.
  • Lead and manage end-to-end implementation projects, including timelines, priorities, dependencies, and risks.
  • Translate commercial needs into technical requirements, serving as a bridge between business and technology teams.
  • Support partners and internal teams on technical topics, escalating and coordinating with stakeholders as needed.
  • Monitor product performance and partner adoption to ensure the use of best-in-class tools.
  • Manage post-go-live support and track customer journeys through defined success KPIs and action plans.
  • Build and maintain comprehensive project documentation and governance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Project Management, Technical Account Management, or system implementation roles.
  • Background in consulting, SaaS platforms, or large-scale system implementations.
  • Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken).
  • Advanced proficiency in Spanish (mandatory).
  • 100% availability to travel is required.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
