Technical Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Guide 3rd-party developers through SDK integration, API usage, and the developer portal to ensure seamless integration.
• Analyze app validation failures and provide actionable logs and technical context to 3rd-party engineers.
• Act as the technical Single Point of Contact (SPOC) between external developers, internal platform teams, and Hyundai Motor Group.
• Enforce adherence to Pleos developer guidelines, including Driver Distraction/HMI rules and security policies.
• Provide hands-on technical support for OEM in-vehicle testing and final market launch processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, QA Engineering, TPM, or Partner Technical Support.
• Solid understanding of Android or Linux-based platforms and architectures.
• Extensive experience in API/SDK lifecycle management or technical partner collaboration.
• Strong troubleshooting skills using objective metrics and system log analysis.
• Exceptional communication and emotional intelligence to align engineering and business stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of automotive software standards (Driver Distraction guidelines, vehicle safety regulations, ASPICE).
• Experience in partner engineering within mobile app marketplaces or In-Vehicle Infotainment (IVI) ecosystems.
• Experience working in both agile startup environments and structured OEM/Tier-1 mass-production processes.
