Tech Talent Sourcer

Responsibilities

• Build smart sourcing strategies for senior, niche, and technically complex searches across Tech, Product, Data, and Design.
• Combine LinkedIn Recruiter, advanced search logic, and AI-assisted research to uncover high-signal candidates.
• Engage passive talent through personalized, relevant outreach that cuts through the noise.
• Lead thoughtful first touchpoints to assess candidate motivation, strengths, and role relevance.
• Partner closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition and hiring leaders to provide market intelligence and candidate recommendations.
• Maintain high data integrity within Ashby to ensure search momentum and quality.

Requirements

• Proven experience sourcing senior, niche, or complex profiles in technology-led, AI-native, or SaaS environments.
• Advanced sourcing skills, including market mapping, talent intelligence, and pattern recognition.
• Strong candidate judgment with the ability to distinguish between impressive profiles and truly relevant talent.
• High agency and resilience to iterate quickly on complex searches.
• Confidence in engaging senior passive candidates with sophisticated storytelling and messaging.
• Curiosity regarding AI tools and modern recruiting workflows.
