Responsibilities

  • Build strong pipelines of talent across early-stage and scaling businesses
  • Drive full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding strategy
  • Provide market insights, hiring data, and interview process improvements to stakeholders
  • Represent the employer brand with authenticity, professionalism, and warmth
  • Contribute to broader talent initiatives across the portfolio

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in talent acquisition
  • Proven track record hiring for Engineering and/or GTM roles
  • Experience in a high-growth agency environment or embedded recruitment models
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to influence senior leaders
  • Highly organized and comfortable navigating ambiguity
