Responsibilities
- Build strong pipelines of talent across early-stage and scaling businesses
- Drive full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding strategy
- Provide market insights, hiring data, and interview process improvements to stakeholders
- Represent the employer brand with authenticity, professionalism, and warmth
- Contribute to broader talent initiatives across the portfolio
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in talent acquisition
- Proven track record hiring for Engineering and/or GTM roles
- Experience in a high-growth agency environment or embedded recruitment models
- Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to influence senior leaders
- Highly organized and comfortable navigating ambiguity
