About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the Group’s asset portfolio, including registration, transfers, disposals, and depreciation tracking
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable operations, including vendor payments and billing
- Support financial year-end closing, accrual management, and budgeting processes
- Coordinate with auditors and ensure compliance with internal controls and regulations
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including supplies, facilities, and space management
- Drive digital transformation and automation initiatives within asset and finance processes
- Support organizational change management by developing communication plans and training programs
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5-7 years of experience in finance and office administration
- Proven experience in asset management and AP/AR
- Experience in automation, business transformation, and change management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and AI tools
- Familiarity with Workday, AMS systems, and Canva is an advantage
