Responsibilities

• Provide inbound technical support for US-based customers
• Handle voice process inquiries during night shifts
• Deliver high-quality technical assistance and customer service

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills
• High school diploma or graduation
• At least 6 months of experience in international outbound processes
• Ability to work night shifts (US Shift)
• Ability to join immediately
