Responsibilities

• Handle inbound technical support calls for the US market
• Provide technical assistance via voice process
• Maintain high standards of communication and customer service

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills
• High school diploma or graduation
• At least 6 months of experience in international outbound processes preferred
• Ability to work night shifts
• Ability to join immediately
