Responsibilities

  • Handle customer calls regarding printer, router, and antivirus issues
  • Diagnose technical issues and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Sell technical support plans and relevant software to customers
  • Manage and close calls effectively

Requirements

  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in outbound technical support
  • Strong convincing skills in English
  • High school diploma or graduation
  • Ability to work night shifts (8:30pm-6:30am)
  • Ability to work 6 days per week on a rotational off schedule
