Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls regarding printer, router, and antivirus issues
- Diagnose technical issues and recommend appropriate service plans
- Sell technical support plans and relevant software to customers
- Manage and close calls effectively
Requirements
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in outbound technical support
- Strong convincing and communication skills in English
- Ability to work US shifts (8:30pm-6:30am)
- High school diploma or graduation
