About the role

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer calls regarding printer, router, and antivirus issues
  • Diagnose technical issues and recommend appropriate service plans
  • Sell technical support plans and relevant software to customers
  • Manage and close outbound calls effectively

Requirements

  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in outbound technical support
  • Proven ability to close sales calls
  • Strong convincing and sales skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work US shifts (8:30pm-6:30am)
  • High school diploma or graduation
