Responsibilities

• Provide inbound technical support for US and UK markets
• Act as a Web Consultant for AUS markets
• Handle UK Telecom call blocking processes
• Deliver high-quality technical assistance to customers

Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills
• Experience in BPO environments preferred
• At least 6 months of experience in International Outbound for Inbound Tech roles
• Ability to work night shifts
• Immediate availability to join
