Responsibilities

  • Provide inbound technical support for US and UK processes
  • Handle customer inquiries regarding computing and communications devices
  • Deliver high-quality technical assistance via voice processes

Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Experience in BPO or International Outbound processes (minimum 6 months preferred)
  • Ability to join immediately
  • Graduate or Undergraduate degree
